Individuals participating in the UIF Perspectives process will receive a confidential interpretive report and graphic personal planning map. The report will identify interests and values, skills and abilities, and personality traits in relation to the participants' role in their current organization.
This enables individuals to:
- Align themselves with the organization's culture, their job function, and their role within the organization
- Benchmark against organizational competency models
- Identify opportunities for new roles within the organization
- Identify opportunities for training and education
