UIF's Organizational Change Programs
The UIF's role as a catalyst for growth and development in an organization includes three phases:

In the first phase, the primary goal is to learn about the individual, the team, and the organization in order to design the appropriate change program. Obik profiles each employee using the UIF Career Advancement™ tool, creating custom reports and developmental maps. Working with key employees at all levels, we draw conclusions and perspectives on the organization from the data gathered.

The second phase is the period in which organizational teams identify the key goals for success and methods to move the individual employees and the organization toward those goals. This is accomplished through guided workshops and meetings, using the information surfaced during the involvement phase.

The final phase of a project marks the turning point in the UIF's relationship with an organization. Moving from "driver" of the project into a support role, the UIF transitions the organization into managing the change process independently. The UIF is then available for further program design, consultation, or profiling as needed.
