An organization that implements a UIF Perspectives
product will receive a composite report. This aggregate report identifies
strengths and potential conflicts within the organization based on data
concerning employees' perceptions of their roles, missions, and styles and
how these relate to the needs, missions, and culture of the organization.
This enables an organization to:
- Build a seamless delivery system for employee recruitment, mentoring programs, employee
development, team development, leadership and cultural activities
- Work with employees to identify roles, job functions, educational opportunities, and
mentoring opportunities within the organization
- Identify key areas for growth within the organization
- Develop a cultural assessment of the organization
