High School Relations
To address the anticipated labor shortage of the next fifteen years, organizations are reaching out to high school students. In seeking out these students, the objective is to broaden their knowledge of the opportunities that await them and to encourage students to make educational choices that are aligned with future labor needs.

The Obik Explorer™ program assists high school students, recent high school graduates, and first year college students in identifying potential colleges, college majors, areas for internships, and career paths. Organizations can sponsor such programs in schools with which they desire to develop or build upon a relationship.
