| Focused on You -
We are a non profit foundation that provides individuals with participant-specific information. Through a process of Knowledge, Preparation, and
Navigation, individuals receive information, which can help when making personal, educational and career decisions.
We accomplish this by employing the technology to uncover the fundamental
makeup and strengths of individuals, which generates results that
can help inform focused life transitions. |
|
| Knowledge, Preparation, and Navigation
We have developed a three-step process of Knowledge, Preparation, and Navigation
that de-mistifies and enhances the potential for success for an individual's
life transitions. Knowledge refers to the process of unveiling individualized information based upon an individuals self-assessed responses, processing this information can provide new developmental insights. Preparation is accomplished through
an interactive process in which the insights are investigated and refined into focused goals. Navigation involves the implementation of an action plan
in coordination with our concept of protege-driven Open Mentoring. We use this powerful triad of interrelated activities to
provide contextual insights, viable choices and integrated solutions to
enable you to manage your life transitions. |

Three Dimensions of You: Motivations, Abilities and Personality
In order for you to develop a comprehensive understanding of yourself, we
consider three primary dimensions as follows:
We recognizes that while each of these three dimensions make unique contributions toward understanding you, it is the interaction or composite of these factors that can be particularly useful. We capture this concept using a proprietary process termed "Convergence." The contributions of Motivations (M), Abilities (A), and Personality (P) are converged to obtain a unique, integrated perspective on the individual. Thus, insights are provided that relate to the individual dimensions (M, A, P) and to the convergence or integration of M, A, and P, resulting in a broader, more comprehensive picture. |
