UIF Scout™ is an online product that guides students through self-examination of where they are now and where they are going.

Participants receive a confidential interpretive report and personal planning map. The report identifies interests and values, skills and abilities, and personality traits. It also identifies a sample of college majors, internship areas, and career options that match the participant's motivations, abilities, and personality.
