What is the difference between UIF surveys and other tests I have taken (e.g., Myers-Briggs, Strong Inventory)?
	UIF's surveys combine questions from over 25 relevant surveys. Our proprietary process captures the convergence of an individual's (1) motivations, (2) abilities, and (3) personality srengths into an individualized profile of who you are. Your unique personal profile may include appropriate fits for college majors, career roles personal relationships, or mentoring relationships depending on which product you complete.

Do you place people in jobs?
	We are here to help you figure out your unique convergent strength, considering your Motivations, Abilities, and Personality. We then encourage you to use this knowledge to assess what you want to do, and to help you identify choices that are best suited for you. We do not place people in jobs. Participants must accept responsibility for the information and insights provided.
