DISCOVERY™ is one component of 1of me.  1of me is a portal where you can learn about mentoring, discover your strengths and motivations through state-of-the-art personal assessment technology, and take actions to improve your life by collaborating with others in a supportive online environment.

UIF is a nonprofit foundation located in Villanova, Pennsylvania. Our founder, Richard Caruso, established the organization in 1986 with the goal of “paying forward” the help and encouragement he received from his mentors, who continue to be influential in his life. Since that time, UIF has helped other organizations implement effective mentoring programs. Our clients have included some of America’s largest corporations, government and social service agencies, youth and faith-based organizations, colleges, universities, and public and private schools.

The success of our organizational programs has inspired us to branch out and explore new ways to help everyone reach their potential, not just those involved in mentoring programs. In recent years, we’ve been dedicated to developing cutting-edge technology which supports that goal in two ways: 1) by helping people recognize and understand their unique arrangement of motivations, abilities and personality, and 2) by providing an online environment with features that help people interact and form meaningful, effective mentoring relationships.
